By downloading, installing, or using the Rx Prime mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Rx Prime reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Rx Prime is a mobile application for distance running coaches and athletes. The app provides:

• Athlete training tracking and performance monitoring
• Integration with Strava to retrieve activity data
• AI-powered coaching insights, training analysis, and injury risk assessments via the Claude API by Anthropic
• Training program adherence reports and personalized recommendations
• Dashboard views of recent activities and 30-day training summaries

You must be at least 13 years old to use Rx Prime. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent to use the application.

Certain features require connecting your Strava account. By doing so, you authorize Rx Prime to access your Strava activity data and transmit it to the Claude API for the purpose of generating coaching feedback. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Rx Prime uses Anthropic's Claude API to generate coaching insights. By using the app, you acknowledge that:

• Insights are generated in real time without review by licensed medical professionals
• You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant training changes
• Rx Prime is not liable for injuries or adverse outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated content
• Accuracy of insights depends on the completeness and accuracy of your activity data

If you experience pain, discomfort, or injury, discontinue training and seek immediate medical attention.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the app
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your affiliations
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the app

All app content, features, functionality, design, trademarks, and technology are owned by or licensed to Rx Prime and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You retain ownership of your personal activity data but grant Rx Prime a limited license to process and transmit it as necessary to provide the service.

The app integrates with:

• Strava — for activity data retrieval, governed by Strava's API Agreement and Terms of Service
• Anthropic (Claude API) — for coaching insights, governed by Anthropic's API Terms, which prohibit using API inputs to train AI models

Rx Prime is not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of third-party services.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Rx Prime is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid for the app within the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify Rx Prime and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Rx Prime may suspend or terminate your access at its discretion for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service. Upon termination, your rights to use the app cease immediately. Sections 5, 6, 8, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
